Job Instruction (JI) -

  • The Job Instruction materials cover exactly what you need to train your employees to do a job quickly, safely, and correctly.

        

 JOB SAFETY (JS) -

It is everyone’s obligation that safety is used and that each person is held accountable. Job Safety will train your employees to spot the causes of danger, decide on countermeasures, enforce countermeasures, and check the results to assure that no new causes have arisen.  

 

Job Relations (JR)-

  • Instructs the processes of obtaining the facts, weighing and deciding, taking action, and checking results.
  • Job Relations improves morale, increases production, and employee retention.

 

 

COUNSELING for PERFORMANCE-

  • Counseling, although not part of the original TWI program, gives leaders the tools  to communicate their expectations, correct poor performance, and re-enforce positive behaviors.

  • Counseling for Performance provides the opportunity to “earn” the skills necessary to communicate expectations in a manner that drives superior performance.

     

      

 

Job Methods (JM) -

  • Your employees will produce a better quality product in less time by making better use of the people, machines, and materials now available. Trainees are taught to analyze their jobs within their respective operations. Every detail of the job is examined to determine where there is room for improvement.
