FAQs

Q:  Are materials used in the TWI program available for purchase outside of the program?

A:  The materials are merely used for the academics blocks of instruction and are not designed to stand alone.

Q:

Why would businesses want to pay for the classroom instructions if they can purchase the books and save money?

A: There are no tangible gains from the material alone. The gains come from our subject matter experts teaching the skills to be successful.

Q: What qualifications are required to make someone an official TWI Instructor/Trainer?

A:  Our Internal Certification Training for our instructors is a very robust process and relies on demonstration of knowledge and the testing on practical application proficiency.  Our trainers go through a selection process and some of the personal attributes they must possess are a proven history of self discipline and the ability to work well with diverse personalities.

Q: How much does the program cost or how do I get a quote?

A:

In order for TWI to work, it should be looked at as an investment instead of a cost. At TWI Training Solutions Inc., we understand the bottom line does matter.  Please contact Mitch Ingram, President of TWI Training Solutions Inc. (mitch.ingram@twisolutions.com) to discuss the amount of the investment.  There are various opportunities to reduce the financial investment.

Q: When businesses are struggling (as in this economy),

why should a business want to add on another expense such as

TWI Training Solutions and what are the benefits if we do?

A:  The real question is can we afford not to make this investment?  By adding better quality, increased productivity, cost reduction, a safer working environment, and better employee morale we can start to win the economic fight.

Q:  How long does TWI training take?

A:  TWI is a journey and not a destination.  Once TWI Training Solutions better understands what you are trying to improve, prevent or correct, we can help put together a plan to fit your needs.

Q:  How quickly can you expect to notice changes?

A:  Changes can be noticed during the first week of instruction: however, it is not a magical pill.  The support from all levels of management will be critical in the sustainment of the changes.

Q:  How are changes and improvements gauged and is there a follow up from your company to assist?

A:  Improving the areas of quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale are how we gauge success.  Our team offers and recommends follow up training to assist with implementation efforts.

Q:  What is your group's greatest strength? What is your expertise? What is your niche? In other words, why YOUR team and training vs. another team and/or training program?

A:  Our team is made up of U.S. Military Veterans, most of whom have combat experience.  We understand the importance of leadership, training, personal discipline, organizational discipline, and process discipline.  As the Vice President of Operations for TWI Training Solutions, I can say with confidence, we will deploy an instructor to your facility who is the best at what he does.

Q:  What is the best way to present this to HR managers as they usually have more sources and connections that might be interested in TWI Training Solution

A:  At TWI Training Solutions we hang our hat on 95% of our business being gained through word of mouth and repeat customers.  Satisfied clients are the best ways to get the word out. We welcome the idea of contacting or being contacted by new customers.

Q:  Which companies have implemented TWI or are implementing it now?

A:  At TWI Training Solutions we have an internal confidentiality policy that prevents us from specifically discussing our client base.  We do have a list of preapproved sources that can be contacted but not posted.  The list can be made available upon request.  Our team has delivered training in a variety of different industries including food processing facilities, hospitals, aerospace, and manufacturing.
